Nobilis IB inactivated vaccines are:

• Effective and safe
• Provide broad protection when used in combination with other antigens

High antibody titres

The following graph illustrates the serological response in layers as measured in the HI test after vaccination with a program including live and inactivated vaccines. In controlled laboratory studies it was demonstrated that an average titre of > 7(2log) prevented drops in egg production after homologous challenge. The use of inactivated vaccines ensures that antibody titres remain at a high level throughout the production period.

Products Description

Nobilis IB is an inactivated oil emulsion vaccine containing Infectious Bronchitis Virus (the Massachusetts serotype - Nobilis IB inac - or the Massachusetts serotype and the D207 (D274) serotype) - Nobilis IB multi - in combination with other antigens.

Indication

Active immunization of chickens against disease caused by Infectious Bronchitis virus (related serotypes) and the other antigens in the combination

Administration

The vaccine can be administered intramuscularly in the thigh or breast muscle, or subcutaneously in the lower part of the neck.

Nobilis IB (+ combinations) should be used in the same vaccination program with Nobilis IB Ma5 and/or Nobilis IB 4/91 as suggested below:

* IB Ma5 may be administered in combination with Nobilis ND Clone 30 vaccine.
